Meet Our Leadership

Apostle William McCoy, D.D., Vice President and founding partner of Faith and Family Consultant, LLP. His role in Jail Ministry, Parole Chaplaincy Training, Reentry, Social Services, Networking, and Ministerial Training has prepared him for the role as Chief Consultant to other organizations seeking to improve relations and build better communities. Dr. McCoy has received many awards, board appointments like a commissioner to the Illinois African-American Family Commission. Dr. McCoy has developed a enormous network of political leaders, community advocates, church leaders, industry professionals, companies and organizations that help support the mission of FFC and his personal goal to affect change. Dr. McCoy has served, consultant, and advised various people and businesses since 1995!

Meet Our Leadership

Victoria McCoy-Salter is the President and Director of Human Resources of Faith & Family Consultants. A highly experienced Operations Executive who has demonstrated the ability to lead diverse teams of professionals to new levels of success in a variety of fast-paced environments. Strong technical and business skill sets with an impressive track record of more than 17 years of hands-on experience in strategic planning, business unit development, and project organization. Victoria has worked with the Department of Children and Family Services, private nonprofits, and served briefly in the United States Army. She is passionate about people, food, travel and currently consults in those areas of interests as well.

Undergraduate Education: B.A. in Sociology, Northern Illinois University.

Graduate Education: M.S. Concentration Management of Nonprofit Organizations, Capella University.
